2 Ingredient Bagels

Roughly a 1:1 ratio of bread flour:plain greek yogurt (1 cup of each)
Mix well in a bowl until you have dough like consistency. May need to add more yogurt.
Once you have a large ball of dough, separate into 6 even pieces and roll into small balls
Make a hole through the center and form it into a bagel shape
Place in donut pan or on a lined baking sheet
Optional: brush egg wash on top and seasonings of choice
Bake at 350F for 30-35 min and broil on low for 1-2 min to make tops golden brown
I toasted mine before eating!
