preheat oven to 400F
unthaw 1 sheet puff pastry according to package
roll out on a floured surface
spread biscoff cookie butter in a thin layer on top of dough (about 1/3 cup)
using a pizza cutter, cut into strips about 1/2 inch wide (makes 12)
roll into a pinwheel
place into an oiled muffin pan
bake for 15-20 min or until golden & puffy
