Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- Glaze:
- 1 dark chocolate bar
- 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and coconut sugar
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the milk and whisk together
- Pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined
- Spoon evenly into oiled donut pan
- Bake for 12-14 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 min in donut pan before taking the donuts out
- For the glaze, break up the chocolate bar and add the coconut oil on top
- Microwave in 20 sec intervals until melted
- Dip the donuts in the chocolate and let harden in the fridge for about 10 minutes
