Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a medium sized pot over medium heat
- Add chicken breast and entire jar of salsa
- Cover and cook until chicken reaches temp of 165F or greater (time will vary based on size of chicken; mine took about 15 minutes)
- Shred chicken using 2 forks
- Side it with some grain free tortillas, sauteed vegetables, guacamole, rice, beans and enjoy!
