- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted and cooled
- 1/3 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg + coconut oil + tahini + maple syrup
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Scoop onto a parchment lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12 min **I broiled on low for 1 minute to make them golden & a little more done on the outside**
- Let cool before enjoying!
