Ingredients
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter softened
- 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar can sub brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- Mini marshmallows

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, microwave the butter for 30 seconds to soften
- Cream in the sugars
- Add in the egg and vanilla and mix just until incorporated
- In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
- Add the flour mixture to the wet
- Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows
- Scoop and roll onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Flatten with palm
- Bake for 12 min (I broiled on low for a minute to get a harder cookie to resemble a graham cracker)!
- Let cool & enjoy!
