Ingredients
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cream together the coconut oil, egg, vanilla and sugar
- In another bowl, combine the flour and baking powder
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
- Scoop and roll onto a lined baking sheet
- Flatten slightly and sprinkle sugar on top
- Bake for 12-14 min
