- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup org cane sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 2 cups org ap flour
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix together the pumpkin, milk, egg in a bowl. Add in the sugars.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, spice and baking powder.
- Add to the wet mixture and mix together.
- Scoop evenly in oiled donut pans (makes 12) and bake for 18-20 min.
- Maple glaze is powdered sugar + a little almond milk & maple syrup
