blend together 1 1/2 cup oats + 1/4 cup coconut sugar.
add to a bowl and mix in 1/4 cup honey + 1/4 cup softened coconut oil
fold in 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
roll into balls and chill in the fridge until ready to eat!
optional: sub maple syrup for the honey, nut butter for the coconut oil. can also add in a scoop of protein powder.
