soften 1/3 cup salted butter
cream with 1/4 cup org cane sugar + 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
mix in 1/2 cup peanut butter
add egg and stir just until combined
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking soda and mix
fold in 3/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
scoop on a lined baking sheet
bake at 400F for 3 min, lower temp to 350F and bake for another 11-13 min or until golden brown
