1 cup milk of choice
1 standard packet active dry yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup oil of choice (avocado, olive, butter, ghee)
3 cups bread flour (or all purpose)

Microwave milk for 50 seconds (should not be too hot or boiling) and pour into a mixing bowl
Sprinkle in the yeast and sugar and stir
Mix in the oil
Add the flour and keep mixing until it forms a ball of dough (I used my kitchen mixer on speed of 2 but you can mix it with a fork, spatula or wooden spoon and get an arm workout in!)
Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl and cover with a warm towel. Let it rise for 1 hour or until double in size
Punch the dough to release the air, place on a floured surface and shape into a rectangle
Put the dough into a lightly oiled loaf/bread pan, cover with warm towel and let it rise for 30 min
Bake at 350F for 30-35 min or until golden on top
Let it cool, take out of pan and slice. Use as sandwich bread, toast or just by itself warm out of the oven!
