preheat oven to 425F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup organic cane sugar + 1 tsp vanilla + 1/4 cup maple syrup + 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
whisk in 1 egg
add in 1 2/3 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp baking soda and mix
fold in 1 cut up peach + 1/2 cup blueberries
scoop into a lined/oiled muffin pan (9)
bake for 5 min, lower temp to 350F and bake for another 20-23 min or until toothpick comes out clean
