
Bring 1 cup of butter/ghee to a boil and add 1 cup brown sugar/coconut sugar, lower temp
Whisk together until thick caramel texture
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and line with 1 sleeve of saltine crackers side by side
Pour the caramel over the saltines and spread with rubber spatula
Bake at 400F for 5 minutes (caramel should be bubbling)
Immediately top with 1 cup dark chocolate and spread evenly as it melts
Refrigerate for 2 hours or freeze for 4 hours
