dark chocolate peanut butter fudgy balls

in a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp melted butter + 1/2 cup pb + 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers + 1/2 cup powdered sugar 

roll into tight balls (makes 12-15) 

refrigerate for 15-30 min

microwave 1 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil and stir until fully melted 

insert toothpick into each ball and dip evenly in melted chocolate 

take out toothpick and gently dab the chocolate to cover up the hole 

store in the fridge

spring lemon sugar cookies💐🌼🍋🦋 recip spring lemon sugar cookies💐🌼🍋🦋 

recipe—
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 tbsp powdered sugar 
mix in zest from 1 lemon + juice from 1/2 a lemon (save the other half for the icing)
whisk in 1 egg just until combined 
stir in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder 

if dough feels sticky add more flour 1 tbsp at a time 

form dough into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap, place in fridge for 1 hour 
roll out dough using a rolling pin and cut out using cookie cutters (makes 20 total) 
place on lined baking sheet and place in fridge while oven preheats to 350F
bake for 10-12 min or until golden
icing: juice from 1/2 a lemon + 1 cup powdered sugar

cream together 1/3 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tsp lemon zest + 1 tbsp lemon juice 
microwave 2/3 cup milk for 30 seconds and pour in and stir 
whisk in 1 egg just until combined 
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 
fold in 1 full cup blueberries (I used frozen)
add batter to lined/oiled loaf pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour
glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp lemon juice
mini cinnamon roll cakes recipe— preheat oven mini cinnamon roll cakes 

recipe—
preheat oven to 350F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp vanilla 
microwave 1 cup milk of choice for 45 seconds and stir in
whisk in 2 eggs just until combined 
add in 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder
scoop into oiled mini loaf pan (will link my favorites) evenly and add crumble on top (4 tbsp melted butter + 1/4 cup brown sugar + 1 tbsp flour + 2 tsp cinnamon) 
bake for 25-30 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean
