in a bowl, mix together 3 tbsp melted butter + 1/2 cup pb + 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers + 1/2 cup powdered sugar
roll into tight balls (makes 12-15)
refrigerate for 15-30 min
microwave 1 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil and stir until fully melted
insert toothpick into each ball and dip evenly in melted chocolate
take out toothpick and gently dab the chocolate to cover up the hole
store in the fridge
