add 2 cups all purpose flour (spooned & leveled) + 5 tbsp granulated sugar + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
using a pastry cutter, cut in 1/2 cup softened butter until texture is crumbly
mix in 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips
whisk together 2/3 cup oat milk + 1 tsp vanilla and stir into flour mixture (a ball of dough should form)
sprinkle flour on counter and add dough
knead with more flour if too sticky
flatten into a large circle (about 12 in diameter)
cut into 8 even pieces
place on a lined baking sheet, brush with oat milk and bake at 400F for 25-27 min or until golden
icing: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk of choice
