cream together 1/3 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tsp lemon zest + 1 tbsp lemon juice
microwave 2/3 cup milk for 30 seconds and pour in and stir
whisk in 1 egg just until combined
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
fold in 1 full cup blueberries (I used frozen)
add batter to lined/oiled loaf pan and bake at 350F for 1 hour
glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp lemon juice
