preheat oven to 375F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup dark brown sugar + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 1 tsp vanilla
whisk in 1 egg
add in 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour flour +
1/2 tsp baking soda
fold in 1/3 cup crushed Graham crackers (about 2) + 1 cut up dark chocolate bar
cut 5 marshmallows in half
roll into a ball and place marshmallow in middle (makes 9 cookies)
bake for 12-14 min or until golden
