Ingredients
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c coconut oil melted
1/3 c almond milk
1 1/2 c GF flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 c coconut sugar
Instructions
Mix wet to dry and stir. Fold in cut up strawberries. Pour batter into coated muffin pan and top with more berries. Bake at 350F for 22 min or until toothpick comes out clean
