Ingredients
2 c whole wheat couscous cooked according to package (*can sub quinoa)
3 peppers diced
Cherry tomatoes
2.25 oz can sliced black olives
1 c feta cheese
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c acv
Juice from 1 lemon
Instructions
Mix all together and store in airtight container in fridge.
