Ingredients
1 15 oz can organic black beans
1 egg
1/4 c GF flour
Chili powder, paprika, s/p
Sauteed onion, spinach and garlic
Instructions
Rinse and strain beans and mash. Mix with all other ingredients. Heat skillet with avocado oil. Form into patties and cook over medium heat. Cook for approximately 5 min on each side.
