Add tsp of nut milk if too dry, I needed 1 tsp. Scoop onto cookie sheet, flatten tand bake at 350F for 10 min Chocolate Chip CookiesIngredients:1 c GF flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1/3 c coconut sugar1/3 c organic cane sugar1 tsp vanilla1 egg1/2 c butter softened1 c chocolate chipsInstructions:Mix wet to dry. Scoop on parchment paper and add crushed candy cane on top. Add before baking so the peppermint will melt. Bake at 350F for 12-14 min. Maple Pecan CookiesIngredients:1 2/3 c GF flour1 tsp baking soda1/2 c coconut sugar1/2 c coconut oil1/2 c maple syrup1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 c chopped pecansInstructions:Toast pecans at 350F for 5 min. Mix wet to dry. Add pecans to dough and save some to add on top. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10-12 min.
