Ingredients
1 3/4 c GF flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp almond milk
1/2 c coconut sugar
1/3 c melted coconut oil
1 c mashed banana
Instructions
Mix wet to dry until well combined. If too dry, add 1 more tbsp nut milk. Pour into parchment lined bread pan and top with desired toppings. Bake at 350F for 45-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
