Ingredients
2 c almond flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 eggs
1 c banana mashed
1/2 c natural organic peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the flour, baking soda, salt & coconut sugar
In another bowl mix the eggs, banana & peanut butter
Combine together without over mixing
Line a muffin pan with liners or spray with coconut oil
Add batter evenly (I use a cookie scooper for this step)
Bake for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
