Ingredients
1 1/2 coconut milk
3/4 c coffee (I chilled leftover coffee in the fridge overnight)
1/4 c maple syrup
1 tbsp cacao powder
Chocolate chips or cut up dark chocolate bar
Instructions
Blend the coconut milk, coffee and maple syrup
Add the cacao powder and chocolate and blend until fully combined
Pour into a container and freeze until solid
Scoop, serve and enjoy!
