microwave 1 1/3 cup milk of choice until it feels like ‘bath water’ (about 50 seconds)
pour into mixing bowl + 1 packet active dry yeast and whisk until it bubbles
add in 1/4 cup melted butter + 2 tsp vanilla + 1/3 cup granulated sugar and whisk again
add in 3 1/2 cups all purpose flour and knead on setting 2 until it forms a ball (may need to add more flour if too sticky)
slightly oil a large bowl and add dough, cover with towel and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size
on a floured surface, roll out into a rectangle (about 1/2” thick)
using a pizza cutter, cut into small rectangles (about 30-40 total)
lay on a lined baking sheet to be placed in air fryer
brush the tops with either melted butter or milk
cover with towel again and let rise 30 min
airfry at 375F for 14 min or until golden (can also bake in oven)
top with powdered sugar and dip in melted chocolate
