1 cup apple cider
1/2 cup coconut oil (or unsalted butter)
2 eggs
1/2 cup org cane sugar
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (or sour cream)
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp apple pie spice
Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1/2 tbsp maple syrup + 1 tbsp apple cider

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the melted coconut oil, eggs, sugars and yogurt. Pour in the apple cider and mix.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and soda, cinnamon and apple pie spice.
Add to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.
Pour batter into oiled/lined bread pan and lightly cover with aluminum foil (to prevent top from burning).
Bake for 30 min and remove foil. Bake for an additional 25-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
Let the bread cool, poke holes on top (I used a straw) and pour glaze over bread. Slice and enjoy!
