Spread out cut apples and cranberries in a 9×13 dish. (About 3 apples + 1 cup cranberries)
Sprinkle organic cane sugar, squeeze juice from 1/2 a lemon and add 3 tbsp arrowroot powder on top and stir.
In a bowl, mix together 1 cup oats + 1 cup packed dark brown sugar + 1/2 cup flour + 1/2 cup softened butter. (We sometimes double the crisp part)
Sprinkle evenly over the fruit.
Bake at 350F for 45 min or until fruit mixture is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
