Apple Pie Crumble Bars

Ingredients
  • Crust:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large apples
  • apple pie spice or cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 large apples
  • apple pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl and mash down 3/4 of it into a lined 8x8 dish.
  2. Peel and cut apples into small pieces. Warm in coconut oil over on the stove over low and mash when soft. Add apple pie spice/cinnamon and let it sit for 5 min to thicken.
  3. Let it cool for 15 min and pour evenly over crust layer. Crumble the remaining crust over the top
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 min
  5. Cut into squares & enjoy!

Apple Pie Crumble Bars

Ingredients

Crust:

1 c almond flour

2 tbsp GF flour

1 tbsp organic cane sugar

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 c unsweetened applesauce

1 diced apple warmed in ghee/coconut oil and pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

Mix all crust ingredients together and spread half of the mixture into pan. Pour apple filling. Crumble remaining mixture evenly on top. Bake at 350F for 25 min
