Ingredients
Wet:
3/4 c almond milk
1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas mashed
Dry:
1 1/2 c GF flour
1 c GF oats
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
Combine and stir dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another. Mix wet to dry.
Pour batter into muffin pan (use muffin liners or oil).
Top with chocolate chips, fruit, nuts.
Bake at 400F for 20 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
