recipe—
preheat oven to 425F
mash 3 ripe bananas in a mixing bowl
cream in 1/2 cup softened butter + 1 tsp vanilla + 3/4 cup granulated sugar
whisk in 2 eggs
add in 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda
fold in 1 cup blueberries
pour batter evenly into a lined/oiled muffin pan
add crumble topping:
3 tbsp melted butter + 1/2 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp cinnamon
bake for 5 min, lower temp to 350F and bake for another 18-20 min or until toothpick comes out clean
