preheat oven to 400F
in a bowl, mix together 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 2/3 cup granulated sugar
measure out 1 1/2 cup milk of choice and whisk in juice from 1/2 a lemon
add to a large mixing bowl and stir in 4 tbsp softened butter + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 egg
add in flour mixture to wet ingredients and stir until fully combined
scoop evenly into donut pans (12 total)
bake for 17-22 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean
blueberry glaze: microwave 1 cup blueberries for 1 min and strain juice
mix together 1/4 cup blueberry juice + 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
dip donuts into glaze once cooled
