Ingredients
1 1/4 c white whole wheat flour
2/3 c gf oats
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 c unsweetened applesauce
1 egg
1/3 c almond milk
blueberries
Instructions
Preheat oven at 350F
Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a bowl.
Combine applesauce, egg and almond milk in another bowl.
Mix together and fold in desired amount of blueberries.
Scoop into muffin pan (I used liners) and bake for 28-30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
