breakfast is my favorite meal of the day (& most important😉). I always have a savory plate but sometimes need something a little sweet after— these are some of my favorite pancakes to make! toddler & baby approved!

recipe—
warm a skillet over low-medium heat
mash 2 ripe bananas in a bowl
whisk in 1 egg + 3/4 cup milk
add in 1 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder + sprinkle of cinnamon
melt grass fed butter and cook pancakes until golden
serve with maple syrup and enjoy😋

say hello to your newest easy breakfast prep! I love to bake with my toddler and being able to make things that are low sugar for her is so important. she still loved these!!

recipe—
preheat oven to 425F
stir together 1/3 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla
add in 1 cup apple sauce
whisk in 2 eggs
add in 2 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp cinnamon
fold in 1 cup blueberries
scoop evenly in a lined muffin pan
bake for 5 min, lower temp to 375F and bake for another 17-20 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean

made this for a Christmas dessert but let’s be honest, lava cakes are for any season😉 had to share because it was 10/10

recipe—
preheat oven to 350F
in a mixing bowl, mix together 3 tbsp cup all purpose flour + 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
in a saucepan melt 1 cup salted butter
stir in 1 cup dark chocolate chips
remove from burner and stir in 2/3 cup granulated sugar
whisk in 3 eggs
add in flour mixture and stir together
pour into dish of choice (8x8, pie pan)
place on a baking sheet and bake for 35-40 min
let cool
serve with vanilla ice cream
