mash 2 bananas in a bowl and add in 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce + 1 cup milk of choice + 1/4 cup maple syrup
blend together 2 cups oats + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp cinnamon and mix into the wet ingredients
stir in 1/3 cup oats
fold in 1 cut up apple (or any fruit)
pour into a lined/oiled 9×9 dish
bake at 350F for 40-45 min
