Ingredients
1 c + 5 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 c coconut oil, melted
1 egg
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10 min. Press down on center of cookie (I used the back of my tbsp tool) and place back in oven for an additional 5 min
Chia jam: warm berries on stovetop over low-med heat and mash when able. Add chia seeds and let simmer to absorb mixture. Add jam to center of cookie.
