Ingredients
1 1/4 c white whole wheat flour
3/4 c oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 c maple syrup
mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon
In another bowl, combine eggs, oil, vanilla and maple syrup
Mix wet to dry and fold in desired amount of chocolate chips
Pour into an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper
Bake for 20-22 min
Let cool before removing from pan
Slice into squares and enjoy!
