Ingredients
1 c + 3 tbsp almond flour
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1 egg
1/4 c coconut oil
1/2 tsp vanilla
desired amount of chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients to dry and fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake at 350F for 15 min
