Ingredients
2 c almond flour
1 tbsp coconut sugar
3 tbsp ghee
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/3 c maple syrup
1/2 tsp acv
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Mix flour and ghee together in a bowl and add salt & baking soda. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl and add to dry ingredients.
Mix together and fold in chocolate chips.
Place a large piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and put dough on top. With another piece of parchment paper, form into a ball and flatten until about 1/2 inch thick. Cut into 6 pieces and separate.
Bake at 350F for 24-26 min
