in a bowl, add 3 cups all purpose flour + 1/2 cup org cane sugar. pour in 1/2 cup melted & cooled coconut oil + 1 cup cold water + 1 tsp vanilla. mix well until it forms a ball of dough.
if sticky sprinkle more flour.
flatten into a thin layer and cut into rectangles (I was able to make 8 total poptarts) and place on a lined baking sheet
microwave 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips + 1 tbsp coconut oil until melted. mix in 1 tbsp cacao powder.
spread evenly over the dough
place another rectangle on top and cut 3 slits
press down all the sides with a fork
bake at 350F for 35-40 min or until golden
glaze is melted chocolate chips + powdered sugar
