in a bowl, mix together 1 cup all purpose flour + 1/3 cup cocoa powder
in another bowl, cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp vanilla
whisk in 1 egg
add in dry ingredients
form into a ball
separate into 2 sections, flatten/roll out and refrigerate between parchment paper for at least 1 hour
cut out using heart shape cookie cutters
bake for 10-12 min
icing: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk of choice
