Christmas Cookies

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c GF flour
1/3 c cacao powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 c coconut sugar
1/2 c coconut oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
Instructions:
Mix wet to dry. Add tsp of nut milk if too dry, I needed 1 tsp. Scoop onto cookie sheet, flatten tand bake at 350F for 10 min
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 c GF flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 c coconut sugar
1/3 c organic cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 c butter softened
1 c chocolate chips
Instructions:
Mix wet to dry. Scoop on parchment paper and add crushed candy cane on top. Add before baking so the peppermint will melt. Bake at 350F for 12-14 min.
Maple Pecan Cookies
Ingredients:
1 2/3 c GF flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c coconut sugar
1/2 c coconut oil
1/2 c maple syrup
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped pecans
Instructions:
Toast pecans at 350F for 5 min. Mix wet to dry. Add pecans to dough and save some to add on top. Scoop onto cookie sheet and bake at 350F for 10-12 min.
