Ingredients
2 c white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 c coconut oil, melted
1 c bananas mashed
1 tbsp almond milk
1 c raisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Add raisins to a bowl and pour boiling water over top of raisins (let sit for 10 min– allows them to get more plump)
Mix wet to dry and fold in drained raisins
Bake for 45-50 min or until toothpick comes out clean
