microwave 1 stick of salted butter (1/2 cup) for 30 sec and stir it until it’s fully melted/creamy
add to a mixing bowl. mix in 1/2 cup organic cane sugar + 1/4 cup dark brown sugar/coconut sugar + 1 tsp vanilla. whisk in 1 egg until just combined.
measure out 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour and add in 1 tsp baking soda.
combine with wet ingredients. fold in 1 cup mini dark chocolate chips
press cookie dough into a lined/oiled 9×9 dish and bake at 350F for 25-30 min (depending on how soft you want them)
