– roll out 2 thawed puff pastry sheets on top of each other just a little on a floured surface (about 12×16 in, it doesn’t have to be perfect)
– using a pizza cutter, cut into 12 squares
– beat an egg in a bowl and brush on each piece
– press each square into an oiled muffin pan
– place a piece of brie cheese in each crust, add a spoonful of cranberry orange sauce (I’ll share a pic of the store bought one I used) and fold each corner toward the center
– add crushed pecans on top
– bake at 400F for 20 min or until golden
