Ingredients
1 c GF flour
1 tsp arrowroot flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 c coconut sugar
1/4 c maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c melted coconut oil
1 egg
1/4 c nut milk
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 45 min. Fold in chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Scoop onto cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 350F for 12 min. Let cool and enjoy!
