1/2 cup softened salted butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup org cane sugar
1/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1 egg
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup mini white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix together the butter, vanilla, sugars and egg.
In another bowl mix together the flour, oats, cinnamon and baking powder.
Stir in the cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Scoop and roll on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12-14 min and enjoy!
