1/2 cup butter/coconut oil softened
1/2 cup org cane sugar
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
Frosting: 1/4-1/2 cup softened butter + 1 tsp vanilla + 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix the butter/coconut oil + sugar + yogurt + egg + vanilla.
Mix in the flour and baking powder.
Scoop on a lined baking sheet and bake for 12-14 min.
Let cool completely and spread frosting on each cookie and top with fun festive sprinkles!
