Ingredients
1 1/2 c canned coconut milk
1/2 c unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c toasted coconut
1 c pineapple chunks
1/4 c maple syrup
Instructions
Toast coconut at 325F for 7 min
Add all ingredients into blender/nutribullet and blend
Pour into container and freeze until solid
Serve and enjoy!
