mini cinnamon roll cakes recipe— preheat oven

mini cinnamon roll cakes

recipe—
preheat oven to 350F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1 cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp vanilla
microwave 1 cup milk of choice for 45 seconds and stir in
whisk in 2 eggs just until combined
add in 2 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder
scoop into oiled mini loaf pan (will link my favorites) evenly and add crumble on top (4 tbsp melted butter + 1/4 cup brown sugar + 1 tbsp flour + 2 tsp cinnamon)
bake for 25-30 min or until golden and toothpick comes out clean

a lazier way to make some yummy scones if you don’t care that they are circles instead of triangles🥲 same fluffy texture just different shape! happy baking 🙂

recipe—
add 2 cups all purpose flour (spooned & leveled) + 5 tbsp granulated sugar + 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
using a pastry cutter, cut in 1/2 cup softened butter + zest from 1 lemon until texture is crumbly
whisk together 2/3 cup oat milk + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tbsp lemon juice and stir into flour mixture

scoop onto a lined baking sheet and brush with oat milk and bake at 400F for 25-27 min or until golden

icing: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk of + 1 tbsp lemon juice choice

thin & crispy > thick & fluffy cookies always!!

recipe—

heat 6 tbsp butter over medium-high heat stir often until it starts foaming and bubbling (about 5 min) should turn a golden brown color! in a bowl, mix together 3/4 cup brown sugar + 1/4 cup organic cane sugar add in browned butter + 4 tbsp softened butter + 2 tsp vanilla and cream together whisk in 1 egg + 1 egg yolk add in 1 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking soda fold in 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips scoop on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375F for 10 min (makes 20 cookies)
