Ingredients
1 c almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 c coconut sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix wet to dry.
Using a cookie scooper, scoop into your hands and roll into balls.
Optional: roll into a mixture of coconut sugar & cinnamon.
Bake for 12 min.
